Terms of Service
The basics of how we quote, schedule and stand behind our work.
Quotes provided by Precision Court Construction are based on the conditions observed during the on-site consultation. Unforeseen conditions — buried debris, unstable soil, drainage issues or utility conflicts — may require a written change order.
Schedules are weather-dependent. Concrete and acrylic coating work requires dry conditions and appropriate temperatures; timelines may shift with Houston weather.
Workmanship is warranted as described in your project agreement. Normal wear, settlement of surrounding soil, and damage from misuse or improper cleaning are excluded.
